Courses of Study

Blair students have quite a few paths to choose from in pursuing high school graduation. Blair offers the prestigious International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme and the IB Middle Years Programme. Our Health Careers Academy provides career technical education and the option of the IB Career-related Programme. We are the only PUSD school with high school Spanish immersion, and we have added an Armenian program. Students may go for the full IB Diploma, or individual IB Certificates.

Reaching one's goal requires planning ahead. The Course of Study chart outlines a student's likely courses each year of high school, for each track. For example, this helps to see courses needed in 9th and 10th grade as prerequisites for IB courses in 11th and 12th. Courses offered, particularly IB courses, may change depending on number of students to take a class.
